Since I'm out of town today posting a stock image (taken within the past couple of weeks) of my Tula. I miss my pups so much when I'm away. Can't wait to get home tomorrow to get doggy hugs and kisses from them!
We've had Tag in our home for one week now so I thought I post various images from his first week as a Tallman Dog! We think he fits right in : )
I picked up this cute felted squirrel toy from DAWGDOM yesterday for Tag (along with his very handsome collar : ). Tula thought it was for her... of course. 
Ok... so today I couldn't post just one image. It's hard to pick just one sometimes.
I think we might have another model in the family. It took about 3 minutes to train Tag to get up on the chair and put his front legs on the back! He still doesn't know sit though... we'll get there!
Of course Tula knew what was up right away and hopped right into the chair.

Discovering new things about Tag everyday... like that one of his ears flops down when it's hot out :)
Here's the first post to showcase some of the dogs, that are waiting for their forever homes, from the Saratoga County Animal Shelter. With the help of dog walker volunteer Randi, I'm hoping to get to the shelter at least twice a month to meet some of the adoptable dogs they have available, and give them a little help getting their cute faces out there for everyone to see. I've been wanting to do this FOREVER and am so excited to finally start!

Meet SIENA!
This lovely lady has been at the shelter since late Oct. 2011 and is still looking for her forever home. She's a 2 year-old Boxer mix. She's spayed and housebroken. She's good with dogs, never been around cats and is not good with children. She seems like a real sweety. Look how cute she is!!
Meet DARWIN!
This beautiful boy was a stray found in Moreau. He's been at the shelter since 3/17/12. He's a Lab mix and is neutered. He seems like a very sweet guy.
Here's HEINZ!
How cute is he! Heinz is a 3 year-old neutered Lab mix. He's housebroken, good with kids and dogs. He is very active and playful! Heinz has been diagnosed with epilepsy but is fine with medication. 
Meet JOHN-HENRY!
He's a super cute Pitbull Mix. He's 4 years-old, neutered and housebroken. He's good with older children, cats and other dogs.
Here's QUICK!
Quick is a 6 year-old neutered Lab Mix. He's housebroken, good with kids and cats, but not great with other male dogs. He seems very playful and he is quick!
