Cliff Mauntner Workshop

I had a great time at the Cliff Mautner workshop last week. I was there with 14 other photographers from all over the US. The days were long but I actually wish it had been at least 1 extra day. This is the first time I photographed models. We went to the Easternstate Penitentiary to shoot...it was an amazing space! Here's some shots.

This is one of my faves. One of the things I took away from Cliff's workshop is seeing the final image differently...I exposed this so the over all image is dark & dramatic, normally I probably would have exposed the image much brighter and it would not have the same impact.

I would LOVE to have this door in my studio!


Love this one...so soft & pretty yet it was taken in a dank, scary penitentiary:)
