PUPPIES!!

I don't often get request to photograph puppies...people usually wait till their dogs are older but last week I photographed two...what fun! One was a sweet little guy and the other gave me a run for my money.
First, here's Brooklyn! A super cute border collie mix rescued from a shelter in (you guessed it) Brooklyn. Lucky dog to be living in Saratoga Springs now! His photo session was a surprise Birthday gift for his new Dad.

This is the image Brooklyn's Dad received as a gift...so cute.

Ok...this ones pretty cute too.

Next we have Asher. Phew! This little guy made me work! All my doggies are over 9 years. It's been a long time since I've been around a spazy little puppy...I forgot just how crazy they can be. I'm laughing about it now...but at the time my ankles were stinging from puppy teeth.

Is it a stuffed animal or a puppy?

By the end of the shoot Asher was tired and lovable. You know the saying "a tired dog is a good dog!"

Relaxed family portraits

While I mainly photograph dogs and weddings I also enjoy photographing portraits... families, kids, and seniors. Over the next week I will be posting some senior photos but lets start with a few families...

First off we have the Gebo's. The Grandparents, parents, children, & Grandchildren were all together for a Summer visit...the perfect time to take some photos. Here are a few of my favorites.

These little girls are adorable!

Next are the Johnson's. I really enjoyed this session. I came to their home and they pretty much let me do anything I wanted. A little bit "moment in the life" with some posed portraits mixed in.

I arrived to find Kathy giving one of her sons a buzz-cut.

The Kids...love the attitude.

We photographed each of the kids with something that is part of who they are.
