Here's a self portrait of my hubby and I at the moment (or a few seconds after) it struck midnight in our time zone. We have a ton of these self portraits....actually our best wedding picture is a self portrait. Anyway, Chad's brother and his wife (Matt & Angelina) had a party to celebrate the New Year. It was fun but I'm just getting too old to stay up that late. It took all of the next day to recover.
I'm looking forward to the new year! I love my job (which is pretty much my life) and am really excited for the challenges it will bring me in 2006. I have 5 weddings booked so far (hope to have at least 10 more) and I'm sure to meet plenty of new people and their dogs...maybe making a few friends on the way. I really do love my job!
Other things I love are plants and flowers. Who knows what I'll be planting in the Spring! I'm forcing bulbs for the first time right now (thanks to Angelina!). I'll post some of my flower images later.
Goals for 2006: Grow my business
Take my dogs on more outings (I work from home and have a large backyard so I get a little lazy with the walks sometimes)
and the # one goal of almost everyone...get back in shape!
Happy New Year!

The New Year
Doggie Paradise
I made my way up to Pittsford Vermont last week, It was a rainy yucky day but dogs can care less about that (well, most dogs). These dogs have it made (3 Goldens, 5 Golden puppies and one ornery English Spaniel)they have the run of the house and acres of land (including large paths through the woods) to run and explore in. Here are a few of my favorites.
These Goldens have such light coloring, I love how they almost disappear in the snow.
